Infinity Imports is proud to introduce our exclusive portfolio of French wines. This portfolio includes wines specially selected for their outstanding quality. We work closely with small producers who still produce hand crafted wines. Our goal is to showcase the “independent vigneron”, which will help to sustain the historic and traditional methods of the winemaking process from grape to bottle. These wines are brandishing examples of the terroir and individual winemaking style.

Domaine Aime, 2008, Cabernet Franc Merlot
Languedoc-Roussillon

Nose: Dominant blackcurrant and other red summer berries
Palate: Concentrated and well balanced with expression and lingering fruits

The red wines destined for bottles come from grapes that are picked at full maturity and then given long vinification in vats that provide good concentraton of flavour and smooth tanins. Keeping the wines exclusively in the vats allows them to retain their natural elegance and fully express their bouquet of berry fruits and confit acquired through their long maturation.

Vin de Pays Duché d’Uzès Blanc “Malivert” 2008
Vin de Pays Duché d’Uzès

This wine is the product of a very uncommon blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. While these grapes are rarely seen together, in this case, they are a stunning combination. Both grape varieties are aromatic and distinctly different. However, they combine in a very harmonious way, creating a new, uniquely individual, wine. It is different enough, that without prior knowledge of the blend, few people are able to guess the grape varieties in the wine. Overall the wine has a nice balance between the weight of the fruit, and the citrusy acidity in the finish.
