2006 Pinot Noir


award winning Pinot Noir is a single vineyard, estate grown wine that is barrel aged in the finest French oak for 14 months and bottle aged for a minimum of one year. This 100% Pinot Noir is highly regarded as being one of the most versatile food pairing wines to date. Tasting notes are a beautiful aroma of soft, ripe cherry, with a strong essence of plum, spice, smoke and toasty oak, with a smooth velvety finish. Wholesale pricing is $399/case or $33.25/bottle and 425 cases produced.

 


2006 Cabernet Sauvignon


this is a single vineyard wine from Northern Napa Valley and is barrel aged in the finest French oak for 22 months and bottle aged for 15. The reward is a full-bodied Cabernet with firm tannins and a well developed bouquet. Tasting notes are ripe fruit expressing the terroir of well drained soils. The palate displays a solid tannin structure, with a bright acid backbone and a continuation of berry flavors such as ripe black cherry and cassis demonstrated in the aromas. With nuances of dark oak and spice, this Cabernet balances out with a flowing, silky finish. This vintage is SOLD OUT.
